Compliments and Complaints

Are we getting it right? Please tell us how we’re doing

We need you to tell us how you feel about the service you receive.

We like to know when we are getting it right – and when we are getting it wrong.

Compliments:

It’s important to receive positive feedback when we deserve it because compliments tell us that we are going in the right direction and show us ways of doing even better. And people perform best when they feel appreciated - an enthusiastic team is good news for everyone!

Complaints:

At Whitehorse General Hospital we pride ourselves on the dignified, respectful and competent care we provide, but sometimes things go wrong. When they do, we need to know so we can put them right. You can offer feedback about any part of the service we offer which you are not happy with, or a service you need that we have not offered you or any action, attitude or behaviour of a member of staff that has affected you.

How to submit your Compliments and Complaints:

  1. Compliment/Complaint forms are available in the atrium, across from A&D, fill one out and put it in the locked drop box
  2. Write or email us at the address below
  3. Phone us

Please remember to include your contact information so we can let you know the outcome of your feedback.
